Project Description:
This project involved the construction of a rear extension of approximately 4 metres, along with a full refurbishment of the lower ground floor and upgrades to the front patio area, all delivered with a strong focus on achieving a high-end, luxury finish. The scope of works included the installation of a new bathroom and kitchenette, bespoke joinery, full electrical rewiring, plumbing upgrades, and the application of premium floor finishes. Additional bespoke elements such as custom wallpaper throughout the living spaces further enhanced the interior aesthetic. Externally, the project also featured the creation of new front and rear patio areas, complemented by a detailed mosaic finish to the stairwell, bringing a refined and cohesive finish to both the interior and exterior spaces.

Challenges:
The project presented two key challenges: restricted site accessibility and working within a live, occupied dwelling, as the client remained in residence throughout the works. Both required careful planning, coordination, and a highly considerate approach to site management.

Despite these constraints, we successfully maintained programme progress while minimising disruption to the client’s daily life. Through clear communication, efficient logistics, and close attention to detail, we ensured that all bespoke elements were delivered to a high standard and fully aligned with the client’s expectations.
