Project Description:
This project involved a full refurbishment of the property, with particular emphasis on delivering a high-end, luxury finish throughout. The works included the renewal of roofing finishes, the installation of three new bathrooms, and a fully fitted new kitchen. Bespoke joinery was incorporated throughout the property, alongside complete electrical rewiring and plumbing upgrades to modernise all building services. Additional works included the installation of premium floor finishes and new windows, resulting in a fully revitalised home that combines functionality with refined, contemporary design.

Challenges:
The project presented two primary challenges: maintaining strict budget control and coordinating multiple construction disciplines within a fully integrated refurbishment programme. Careful planning, procurement management, and value engineering were key to ensuring the project remained within budget without compromising on quality or finish. In addition, the successful coordination of different trades and disciplines required clear communication, structured sequencing, and strong on-site management to ensure smooth delivery across all stages of the works.
