Project Description:
Our team delivered a full refurbishment of a 3-bedroom cottage, transforming the property through a comprehensive programme of works. The scope included a complete electrical rewire, full plumbing upgrades, a new roof installation, and external rendering to enhance both performance and appearance. New windows were installed throughout, alongside a fully renovated kitchen and upgraded bathroom facilities. Internally, the property was finished with updated floor and wall finishes, creating a refreshed and cohesive living environment. The project was successfully completed and handed over to the client in a fully modernised and ready-to-move-in condition.

Challenges:
The primary challenge on this project was managing the works within a defined budget while still achieving the required standard of finish across a full-property refurbishment. Through careful cost control, efficient procurement, and value-driven decision-making throughout the project, we were able to deliver all works without compromising on quality, ultimately achieving a successful outcome aligned with the client’s expectations.
