Project Description:
This project involved the construction of a rear extension of approximately 4 metres, combined with a full refurbishment of the ground floor and light upgrades to the walls and ceilings within the hallway areas.

The works included the installation of a new kitchen, bespoke joinery, complete electrical rewiring, upgraded plumbing systems, and the application of premium floor finishes. The project was further enhanced with the addition of high-quality aluminium glazing, creating a modern, open, and cohesive living space.

Challenges:
The primary challenge on this project was carrying out the works within a live, occupied property, as the client remained in residence throughout the construction period. This required careful planning, sequencing of works, and a considerate approach to minimise disruption to their daily routine. Despite these constraints, we successfully
maintained progress in line with the programme while ensuring all bespoke details were delivered to a high standard and met the client’s expectations. Clear communication and efficient site management were key in achieving a smooth and well-coordinated delivery.
