Project Description:
This project involves the construction of a rear extension of approximately 3 metres, a loft conversion with an additional pod room, and a full refurbishment of the property, including upgrades to both the front and rear patios. The overall objective is to achieve a high-end, luxury finish throughout.
The works include the installation of 3.5 new bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, bespoke joinery, complete electrical rewiring, and full plumbing upgrades and new utility room in the basement. Premium polished concrete floor finishes are incorporated throughout to enhance the overall aesthetic and quality of the interiors.
In addition, the project includes the supply and installation of an air source heat pump (ASHP) and solar panels, integrating modern, energy-efficient systems into the property. The result is a highly refined, sustainable, and contemporary living environment delivered to an exceptional standard.

Challenges:
The project presented two key challenges: coordinating effectively with overseas clients who were not based in the UK and managing decision-making timelines throughout the programme.
Working across different time zones required clear communication, structured reporting, and proactive planning to ensure progress was maintained without delay. In addition, careful management of approvals and client decisions was essential to keep the project on schedule.
Despite these challenges, we maintained strong coordination and a disciplined workflow, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with the client’s expectations at every stage.
