Project Description:
We delivered a full refurbishment of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor flat located in a prestigious area of London. The project was carried out to a high specification, with a focus on creating a refined, hotel-inspired living
environment. Our scope of works included complete electrical rewiring, plumbing upgrades, bespoke joinery, and a wide range of general building works. Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with both the design
team and the client to ensure their vision was fully realised. The result is a sophisticated and luxurious interior that combines functionality with a carefully curated aesthetic, delivering a truly elevated living space.

Challenges:
The project presented several key challenges, including logistical constraints, the coordination and integration of bespoke finishes throughout, and delivery within a tight programme timeframe. Through effective planning, close
