We were appointed to undertake a partial refurbishment following the departure of a long-standing tenant, with the objective of preparing the property for re-letting.

The scope of works included painting and decorating, bathroom renovations, damp proofing treatment, and floor painting. These improvements were carried out to refresh the property and ensure it was presented to a high standard for the next occupant.

The project was delivered efficiently over the Christmas holiday period, minimising downtime and enabling a smooth and timely transition between tenants.
